I loved the free welcome tea on arrival, and getting upgraded to a better room was such a nice surprise! The hotel had a cozy lounge area and a lovely garden to unwind in after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was that the beds were two singles pushed together, which wasn’t super comfy for us as a couple, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

The location near the Grand Bazaar made exploring so easy. The room had a cozy atmosphere with immaculate cleanliness and comfortable furniture. Staff members were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr Ismail, who went above and beyond to assist with any requests. My room felt quiet despite being centrally located. I did encounter some issues. the room size was on the smaller side, and I noticed limited electrical outlets for charging devices. These quirks didn’t overshadow my stay, but addressing them could enhance future visits.

Just a great match for a quick stopover in Istanbul with all in all brilliant value for money. The shower facilities were exceptionally clean and refreshing after a long day. Try to get a room away from the street for quieter nights.

The hotel’s location was fantastic, just a short walk to the tram that connects to major sights. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, making our family feel right at home. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing great local dining recommendations that our kids enjoyed.

We did experience some noise from the street at night, which could be a bit disruptive.
